The Physical Plant is accepting on-line applications for a Construction Site Representative who will report directly to the Associate Facilities Coordinator and will be responsible for the observation and inspection of contraction projects on-site.
Duties include, but are not limited to, checking for compliance with contract requirements; participation in job meetings to report on progress and problems; review of contractor’s application for payment; maintenance of a daily project log for individual projects for the campus; and supervising campus construction projects and associated crews.
Associate degree or higher; minimum of three years’ experience in the construction industry, valid driver’s license, excellent knowledge of building trades, and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
