The Admissions Office is accepting on-line applications for a full-time Director of Admissions and Enrollment Planning. The admissions program is judged largely by its ability to hit established enrollment targets while maintaining the overall academic quality of each entering class of students.
The Director, who reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, is responsible for all aspects of the planning and recruitment of potential students into the College’s undergraduate programs. The Director will assist the College and its Vice President for Enrollment Management in strategic enrollment planning, direct the campus admissions program, and take an active role in its recruitment activities and events. The Director is also responsible for an office staff of 12 full-time and one part-time staff members, with direct supervision of the Associate Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director of Admissions, and the Special Assistant to the Director of Admissions for Admissions Operations as well as five freshman Admission Counselors.
Master’s Degree and ten years’ experience working in an Admissions/Enrollment Office required. Anticipated start date is December 2, 2019.
