The Advancement Department seeks an experienced, highly-motivated Director of Advancement Services to provide strategic leadership to the overall prospect management, research, data management and data analysis needs of the Advancement Department.
The successful candidate will be an experienced database specialist, preferably within higher education, and will be responsible for developing and executing forward thinking, databased-related strategies to support and enhance fundraising and alumni activities for the benefit of the College. The position serves as a supervisor, team leader and thought partner as the department seeks to improve current database management, integrate new software systems and transition to a new prospect database solution. Salary commensurate with experience and anticipated started date is September 1, 2018.
