The College's Computing and Technology Services is an integrated service organization caring for administrative computing, instructional computing, network services, client support, and telecommunications. The department delivers a broad set of infrastructure, applications, and services that are vital to the operation and mission of the College.
We are currently accepting on-line applications for an Infrastructure Technician to provide support and maintenance to campus network and telecommunications infrastructure, A/V classroom technology, and occasional event support.
Required qualifications include: an Associate’s Degree or formal training with relative experience in telecommunications, networking, or computer field; Military training/experience will be considered. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work interactively as well as independently; ability to lift heavy objects up to 55 lbs., climb ladders, stand for prolonged periods of time, erect and work on scaffolding, and ability to operate and work from bucket trucks and man lifts are also job requirements – along with a valid Driver’s License.
