Cost is $12.50 per person (FSP, Cash, Credit/Debit), $10 Student Flex.
Menu: cream of asparagus soup, assorted Potsdam Coop Carriage house breads, carved applewood ham, scallop potatoes with caramelized onions, WISER Center garden green salad, orzo salad with ramp vinaigrette, vegan pasta with snap peas, heirloom tomato and campus grown basil, roasted duck leg with cherry demi glace, fried freshwater yellow perch with sweet chili cocktail sauce, gourmet cupcakes, house made assorted cookies.
