The College is accepting on-line applications for the Residence Hall Director position to support the energetic team in Residence Life. The position is available July 29, 2024. Priority given to applications received by April 19, 2024.
Responsibilities include but are not limited supervising a student staff of 9-11 RA's; student conduct; conflict resolution; crisis intervention and emergency response; administrative and operational functions including oversight of facilities needs; programming and community building; committee work; and participation in departmental planning and decision making. Evening and weekend work is expected related to the department processes and emergency/crisis response.
