Othman Ladan ’19
More than anything, Othman Ladan ’19, a community health major, cares deeply about helping people, a devotion that is bolstered by his Muslim faith. Originally from Ghana, Ladan spent the summer before his senior year back in his home country to educate Muslim women about breast cancer and oversee a breast cancer screening event for hundreds of people—a significant achievement considering Islamic religious restrictions.
Bomb Threat
The most important concern in any threat to campus property or people is to maintain order and provide communication, quick and orderly safety to the college community. Secondary but also important is the clarity with which campus functions will proceed while under the emergency procedures. Guidelines for bomb threats are as follows.
