The appropriateness of expenditures for meals at meetings shall be determined by the department head with subsequent approval by the Director of Procurement, or designee, pursuant to these policies and procedures.The justification must include the following information:

SUNY Potsdam Student Honored with University Police Criminal Justice Award
SUNY Potsdam student Lia Clemons ’22 of Plattsburgh, N.Y., was recently recognized with the 2021 University Police Criminal Justice Award. The University Police Criminal Justice Award was established in 2004 by an initial gift from Chief Barry J. McDermott of SUNY Potsdam's University Police. The award provides financial assistance to a rising junior or senior in good academic standing majoring in criminal justice studies at SUNY Potsdam. Preference is given to students enrolled in the College's Law Enforcement Training Institute.
