Upon receipt from SUNY Potsdam of class or campus cancelations due to inclement weather, certain PACES operations including Dining Service locations, the College Store and offices in Merritt Hall may be closed in conjunction at the time that SUNY Potsdam cancels classes and/or closes campus. The unit schedules will be determined as follows:

1. Days SUNY Potsdam cancels classes or closes campus before the start of the day:
   • SUDC: 8:30 a.m. - 8 .p.m., Starbucks 7 - 11 a.m.
   • The Bear Cave: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 4 - 8 p.m., no late-night operation
   • PAC, Becky’s, College Store, and offices in Merritt Hall will be closed for the day.
      
2. Days SUNY Potsdam cancels “morning” classes only:
   • SUDC, Starbucks, The Bear Cave and Becky’s Place will follow regularly scheduled hours.
   • The College Store and offices in Merritt Hall will open ½ hour before classes resume.
   • If classes resume prior to 11am PAC will open ½ hour before classes resume.
   • If classes resume after Noon, PAC will remain closed for the day.
      
3. Days SUNY Potsdam cancels afternoon classes and/or campus closes:
   • SUDC: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Starbucks 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
   • The Bear Cave: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 4 - 8 p.m., no late-night operation
   • PAC, Becky’s will be closed at 2 p.m.
   • College Store and offices in Merritt Hall will close at the time classes are cancelled.
      
4. Days SUNY Potsdam cancels Night classes and/or campus closes:
   • SUDC: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m., Starbucks 7 a.m. - 3 p.m.
   • The Bear Cave: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. & 4 - 8 p.m., no late-night operation
   • PAC: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
   • Becky’s 7:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
   • College Store and offices in Merritt Hall will close at the time classes are cancelled.
