9:20 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.: Learning Doesn't Stop Once You Leave the Stage | Jayson M. St.Croix, Technology Integration Specialist, Watertown City School District
Description
As a veteran teacher of 20+ years, Jayson will share his lifelong learning experiences regarding matters for which college did not prepare him. Just because you graduate from college, and walk across that stage, doesn’t mean that the learning stops. Embracing the notion of being a life-long learner is, and was, vital to Jayson’s SEL and the evolution of his educational career from a Math 8 & Algebra I teacher to the position he holds today as a technology integration specialist. He spends much of his time finding creative ways to encourage others to embrace life-long learning, using both technology and interpersonal communications to provide outreach.
