How Do I Pay My Bill?

Payments can be made online via the Transact e-bill portal. Google Pay, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted, as well as use of bank debit card. You will receive an email, to your personal account you provided when you signed up for the course(s) you wish to take, that will provide you with your registration fee amount, your Potsdam ID number and the term to use for payment purposes.

Audit/Inventory

PCS Audit/Inventory Process The Property Control Coordinator will conduct an annual physical inventory of assets with a threshold of $1000 or more. This inventory will be coordinated with the Department’s Equipment Coordinator. Upon completion of the physical inventory, each department within the building will receive a report of any assets not located.

Peer Counselors

Peer counselors are paraprofessionals who work with students in need of support, under close supervision of licensed professional counselors. They adhere to the same confidentiality policies as professional counselors. Peer Counselors are available during variable hours, Monday-Friday, while classes are in session. They can offer prompt and helpful support to fellow students. PCs are located in the Counseling Center in 131 Van Housen Hall, and are available to meet in-person by appointment or walk-in (walk-ins are dependent on availability).

From studying dinosaurs to volcanoes, academics and research scientists are tasked with advancing human knowledge about the natural world. Those who pursue this route should be self-motivated, curious, and creative. Most research positions are in universities, museums, national parks, and some governmental and private laboratories. Research scientist must have graduate degrees and most have their doctoral degrees.
