SUNY Potsdam’s WISER Center Hosts Honey Harvest Hoedown & Pollinator Jamboree
The third annual Honey Harvest Hoedown and Pollinator Jamboree, a public celebration of bees and other pollinators, will be held on Saturday, Sept. 28 from 3 to 5 p.m., in the Wagner Institute for Sustainability and Ecological Research Greenhouse, located in Stowell Hall on the SUNY Potsdam campus.

Looking for Faculty/Staff Volunteers for Doggy De-Stress Day Event
CSTEP will be co-hosting a Doggy De-Stress Day in collaboration with Campus Life on Friday, Sept. 16 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. in the quad between Draime and Sisson Hall. In the event of bad weather, the event may be moved indoors or cancelled; I will notify faculty/staff about the plan as the date gets closer.
Applied Skilled Trades Program
The NYS & CSEA Partnership has announced a two year Applied Skills Certificate Program that provides CSEA-represented NYS employees with focused, up-to-date classroom training. SUNY Potsdam will be participating in the Electrician and Plumber/Steamfitter skilled trade certificate programs.
