All information on the Check Request Form must be completed, typewritten is preferred. NOTE: If supporting documentation is not supplied; if invoices/receipts are not stamped; or if paperwork is not submitted correctly, the Foundation Office reserves the right to return the unprocessed check request form(s) to the requestor.

All International Students in the U.S. are required to file taxes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) each year. Filing taxes with the IRS is a process which can seem daunting for many International Students but in most cases students (and International Students in particular) benefit from filing a tax return, especially if they were employed in the U.S.

All invitations for both internal and external events must be submitted through the form below in order to be reviewed. Forms should be completed at least four weeks before the event takes place. The times requested for the president’s participation should be as exact as possible, as the President is often scheduled for multiple engagements on the same day.The President’s Office team will review your request, and you will receive an email to confirm whether or not President Smith is available to attend.

All mail generated by the College, along with all mail delivered to the College by the United States Postal Service or express delivery services, will be distributed through the Student Mailroom. The mailroom supports over 4000 mailboxes for qualified students and student organizations. Throughout the year, you will have access to your mailbox during the operational hours of the Student Union.

All major ensemble concerts and faculty recitals for the 2018-19 year will be videostreamed live online. Please note that the stream is only live while the performance is occurring. Video archives of performances are not maintained at this time. Click here to view all Crane School of Music events.

All programs sponsored by the College, including workshops, conferences, non-credit courses, lectures, concerts, exhibitions, etc. are to be publicized with the assistance of the College Communications Office. Faculty and staff approached by the media to discuss personal or academic interests should feel free to respond, but are asked to inform the College Communications Office that the media contact has happened. Any faculty or staff member approached by the media to discuss a College program or policy should refer the reporter to the College Communications Office.

All requests for new space, reallocated space, or change in use of space will be made by the completion of a Space Request Form (PDF) and submitted to the department’s Dean or Vice President who will then approve and forward it to the Space Priority and Allocation Committee chair. This process must be followed regardless of funding source.

All students who audition for The Crane School of Music are automatically considered for scholarships. Music scholarship award offers are made by April 1 of each year for students applying for fall admission.
