To apply to TRIO Student Support Services (New Students) To apply to become a SUNY Potsdam TRIO Student Support Services participant, you must complete a SUNY Potsdam TRIO Student Support Services application form and submit it for processing. Applications for the annual Spring semester, which begins each January, may be submitted anytime between August and the end of November. The final deadline is November 30 each year.Note: Individuals who are not enrolled in a college degree program and wish to apply as non-matriculated students to attend this training as a standalone program may do so, adhering to the same end-of-November deadline.
