SUNY Potsdam offers a variety of beautiful and functional spaces available for community events, meetings, performances, conferences and more. From modern classrooms and lecture halls to performance venues and outdoor gathering spaces, our campus provides the perfect setting for events of all sizes.
Community members, organizations and businesses are welcome to request space on campus. Explore available venues, review rental rates, and submit a reservation request to get started.

We offer competitive pricing on rentals. Rates depend on the type, format, scope, and requirements of use. A quote will be provided for requested space following consultation about the specifics. Consultation will occur promptly after submission of a space request form.

- The recording studio requires specifically trained personnel for operation and to supervise the outside group.
- Rehearsal time may be charged a reduced fee when included with technical rehearsal and performance dates.
