All PACES Dining Service Managers are Serve-Safe Certified and participate in the GREAT training program ensuring gluten-free/friendly dining options on campus.We work with over 5,000 products in our kitchens. Some arrive with nutritional labeling, most do not.

News Policy
All programs sponsored by the College, including workshops, conferences, non-credit courses, lectures, concerts, exhibitions, etc. are to be publicized with the assistance of the College Communications Office. Faculty and staff approached by the media to discuss personal or academic interests should feel free to respond, but are asked to inform the College Communications Office that the media contact has happened. Any faculty or staff member approached by the media to discuss a College program or policy should refer the reporter to the College Communications Office.
Making a Request
All requests for new space, reallocated space, or change in use of space will be made by the completion of a Space Request Form (PDF) and submitted to the department’s Dean or Vice President who will then approve and forward it to the Space Priority and Allocation Committee chair. This process must be followed regardless of funding source.
Music Scholarships
All students who audition for The Crane School of Music are automatically considered for scholarships. Music scholarship award offers are made by April 1 of each year for students applying for fall admission.
CTS Technology Fee Policy
All students are required to pay the Technology Fee and no exemptions are granted.
Space Prioritization and Allocation Committee
All SUNY Potsdam buildings and land belong to the College as a whole and are subject to the assignment and reassignment to meet the institution’s overall priorities and needs. The Space Priority and Allocation Committee is charged with the responsibility and authority for reviewing all space requests and making recommendations regarding space assignments. Recommendations of the Space Priority and Allocation Committee are subject to review and approval by the President and the President’s Council.
Campus Computer Account (CCA)
All SUNY Potsdam students are assigned a Campus Computer Account (CCA) once they have made their admissions deposit to the college or registered for a course.
Campus ID Card
All SUNY Potsdam students, faculty and staff are eligible for a Campus Card. The card functions as the official College ID and is used to access: Meal Plans (Flex, Guest Passes, Meal Swipes) Bear Express Accounts Faculty Staff Plans (FSP) Entrance to Residence Halls Use of facilities in Maxcy Hall Material sign out in Crane and Crumb Libraries If you have questions concerning your ID card, contact the PACES Business Office in Merritt Hall at (315) 267-2658.
