Thanking those who make a difference This fall, President Suzanne Smith started a new tradition at SUNY Potsdam that's all about spreading our gratitude and sharing good vibes. Every new student will be presented with a shiny new silver challenge coin during convocation. This coin isn't meant to stay in your pocket, though – it's a chance to say thanks in a unique way.
