SUNY Potsdam has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver your financial aid refund. For more information about BankMobile Disbursements and to select your refund preference, visit the Refund Choices webpage.
What you will need to set up your refund preference:
- Personal Code
Your code was mailed in a green envelope to the postal address you have on file with SUNY Potsdam.
Don’t have your code? Email onestop@potsdam.edu. BankMobile Disbursements will email you the personal code.
- Bank Mobile Activation Code (Found on the personal information tab in BearPAWS)
- If you are setting your refund up to a personal bank about (existing account), you need a bank routing number and a bank account number.
