The Art Museum at SUNY Potsdam Features New Works by Nobu Fukui
The Art Museum at SUNY Potsdam will unveil paintings by the Japanese modern and contemporary artist Nobu Fukui in a new exhibition at the Roland Gibson Gallery. Older works by Fukui, which have been part of the Museum’s Japanese Collection for decades will be complemented by his large, vibrant and visually exciting new pieces, including a mixed-media painting titled “Perception,” which has never before been viewed publicly.

SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music will highlight the talent and artistry of its rising performers in the annual Student Honors Recital, on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 7:30 p.m., in the Sara M. Snell Music Theater. This special concert will feature students selected by professors to represent their respective performance areas, including brass, guitar/harp, percussion, piano, strings, woodwinds and voice.
