Coast to Coast Connection
What started as a friendly relationship online, led to a love connection spanning from coast to coast for Cameo Torres ’23. The nearly 3,000-mile distance between her and her boyfriend, Malcolm Wheaton ’19 & ’20, was a major hurdle in their budding relationship. She was living in the Pacific Northwest, while he was pursuing his degree at SUNY Potsdam, and it was time for them to close the gap.

Waitlist Procedure
What is a waitlist?A waitlist allows students to indicate interest in a course that is currently full. Can I be added to the waitlist for ANY course?Students must meet all eligibility requirements to register for the course (i.e., has taken pre-req/class level/school/has no time conflict/hasn't reached credit limit/major restriction/has no holds preventing registration) unless an approved override was applied for that specific course (override process remains the same as before – faculty must notify the Registrar’s Office).

What would you like to see happen? The Bicentennial Steering Committee and many engaged faculty, staff and friends of the College have already brainstormed possible events to celebrate our history. These ideas simply need a champion to propose them ? or perhaps they can be the inspiration for another worthy proposal!
Transfer Students
What You Need To KnowStudents who transfer to our college at the beginning of their junior year and who have completed (with good quality work) courses equivalent to MATH 151, 152 and 253 Calculus I, II and Multivariate Calculus should have no difficulty in completing a mathematics major in four semesters.
