Student Health Services

You can now ‘Ask a Healthcare Provider’ through the Student Health Portal. Simply select the ‘Messages’ Tab and choose ‘Ask a Healthcare Provider’ and someone will respond to you shortly. If this is an emergency, please contact University Police at (315) 267-2222.


Hours of Operation

  • School Year (when classes are in session): Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Summer and School Breaks: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m

There are several ways that students can get off campus or have medications delivered to them. Please read the following for more information.

Medication Delivery Options

Kinney Drugs: Call to arrange a time/place to meet the delivery person.

Please Note:

  • Be prepared to pay for the prescription- credit cards are accepted.
  • There is no delivery fee for prescriptions but there is for over-the-counter medication.
  • Only available Monday-Friday.
  • Must contact Kinney Drugs before noon to be delivered that same day.
  • Call before 10 a.m. for same-day service if the prescription is being transferred from another pharmacy.
