Family Access to Billing Information

- Family members can be set up as an Authorized Payer to view and make payments toward the e-bill:
- Students log in to BearPAWS
- Select Student Services and Financial Aid
- Select Student Records
- Select eBill
- Select "Add New" in the Authorized Users box
- Authorized Users will receive an email with log in information and can then sign-in by visiting the authorized user portal.
- Transact Authorized Payers
If a student has issued permissions, you can access the student bill by going to the Transact webpage.

- FERPA
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) provides current and former students with the right to inspect and review educational records, the right to seek to amend those records, the right to limit disclosure of information from the records and the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education.
