The Graduate Opportunity Program scholarship is for former EOP, HEOP or SEEK program graduates. Acceptance into the program is determined at the campus to which the student has applied and depends, in part, on the number of scholarships allocated to that campus. All applicants, however, must be enrolled in a graduate program at a participating SUNY campus. This special scholarship for disadvantaged students reflects SUNY's concerted efforts to expand educational opportunities to underserved constituencies.
