Dr. Ivette Herryman Rodriguez, a faculty member at SUNY Potsdam’s Crane School of Music, was recently invited to attend a special performance of one of her compositions, presented by the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles to open the 2022 League of the American Orchestras National Conference.

SUNY Potsdam is saddened to share the loss of American composer and Professor Emeritus Dr. Arthur Frackenpohl, a longtime faculty member at The Crane School of Music. He passed away on Saturday, June 8, at his retirement home in Pittsford, N.Y., at the age of 95.

Farmers to Families Food Program
SUNY Potsdam has partnered with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Coronavirus Food Assistance Program (CFAP). The program provides free boxes of dairy, produce, and pre-cooked meals to anyone, regardless of their income. The College is partnering with the USDA to be able to provide the meal boxes for any member of our SUNY Potsdam family including students, faculty, staff, and auxiliary staff regardless of their current employment status.
