NYS EAP coordinators must keep all information confidential unless they have written permission from the client to disclose information.There are three exceptions to the confidentiality requirement:

NYS-Balance is a confidential free resource and referral service, which can help you and your family with work, family, daily life, finances, health and well-being. NYS Balance is available to CSEA, PEF, UUP, DC-37, NYSCOPBA, GSEU, Council 82 and the Governor's Office of Employee Relations for employees designated M/C.

NYSERDA RecommendationsNYSERDA (New York State Energy Research and Development Authority) conducted an audit of SUNY Potsdam in 2007. Upon conclusion, they submitted a fifty-two-page report detailing their findings and recommendations to the University. Following a full review of NYSERDA's report by CTS, actions were taken to implement these changes.
