November 2, 2020 Dear Colleagues, I continue to be proud of the extraordinary collective efforts we have undertaken to protect our campus and our community this semester. I want to reiterate what I said during the Faculty Senate meeting last week: It is because of our focus on our planning and response that we have been successful, together, as a campus.

Crane Opera Ensemble to Present Double Bill of ‘Mahagonny Songspiel’ & ‘The Medium’
The award-winning Crane Opera Ensemble is thrilled to present its first live production since the global pandemic, as it stages an operatic double-bill of 20th century works, including “Mahagonny Songspiel” by Kurt Weill and Bertolt Brecht, and “The Medium” by Gian Carlo Menotti.
Construction Site Representative Vacancy
The Physical Plant is accepting on-line applications for a Construction Site Representative who will report directly to the Associate Facilities Coordinator and will be responsible for the observation and inspection of contraction projects on-site.
Faculty/Staff Support of Student Leadership
Student Affairs is working to develop two resources to support student leadership development: a leadership speaker directory and a listing of faculty/staff who might be interested in serving as an advisor for student organizations.
