Road to Physical Therapy
SUNY Potsdam’s exercise science program has been a treadmill to success for Lucas Rucci ’20 and Wilber Parada ’20. Now in their final semester at SUNY Potsdam, both students were just accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy programs of their choice. After they receive their bachelor’s degrees in May, Rucci will enter the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Nazareth College, and Parada will make his way to Long Island for the DPT program at the New York Institute of Technology.

March 17: Campus restrictions now in place
SUNY Potsdam would like to provide several important updates regarding our compliance with new orders and guidelines, as we confront the novel coronavirus pandemic. First, we would like to apologize once again for the confusion surrounding all of these changes. This is a rapidly-changing public health emergency, and the guidance and policy we have received is constantly changing, based on the health outlook and the need to contain the virus as much as possible.
A Good Defense
SUNY Potsdam alumnus Darren Mott ’88 & ’91 has trodden an unexpected path from mentoring struggling biology students to investigating cyberthreats as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
In Her Own Words
SUNY Potsdam graduates experience the world and enrich their surroundings in ways only limited by the imagination. Last week we caught up with Natasha Brooks ’15 & ’17. Originally from the North Country, she is on the front lines of COVID-19 prevention for the U.S. Air Force in England, but she also does so much more — and travels Europe while she’s at it.
