CTS will provision Google Accounts for select students who need access to Google Classroom for field experience.
CTS will provide limited support such as creating/removing Google accounts, maintaining security policies, and making sure our Google domain is connected to other school's domains. CTS will not be responsible for teaching students how to navigate Google Classroom. If any student experiences issues accessing their partnering school's Google Classroom they will need to contact that partnering school. If students are experiencing issues with Google Classrooms that SUNY Potsdam provides, they will need to contact via email.
