The CTS main offices are located in Stillman Hall. The CTS Announcements & Systems Status page contains current system status, information about any planned or current technology outages, and updates from CTS.
Looking for an available lab computer? Our Maps show locations and available computers for use as well as software that is installed onto them.
If you're here with a technology issue, please use our Request Form to create a new trouble ticket. You may wish to check the above announcements page to ensure it is not a known issue or planned maintenance.
Our IT Service Desk is the point of contact for these divisions of CTS. In addition, we're the first point of contact for tech issues for the CCI. Issues for these groups will be placed in Request Tracker (RT) and assigned to the appropriate group. You may also reach the IT Service Desk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (315) 267-4444.
