Our IT Service Desk is the point of contact for all divisions of CTS. In addition, we're the first point of contact for technical issues for the CCI. Issues for these groups will be placed in Request Tracker (RT) and assigned to the appropriate group. You may also reach the IT Service Desk by emailing email@example.com or calling (315) 267-4444.

Sun., 2:30 - 9 p.m.
IT Service Desk Extension in the Lougheed Learning Commons:
Sun. - Thurs., 6 - 9 p.m.
Closed on legal holidays unless classes are in session.
