The CTS main offices are located in Stillman Hall. You may use Request Tracker (RT) to create a new trouble ticket or view the status of your existing issues.
Our Helpdesk is the point of contact for these divisions of CTS: AIS, HNS, Labs, NIM, and TelCom. Issues for these groups will be placed in Request Tracker (RT) and assigned to the appropriate group. You may also reach the Helpdesk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (315) 267-4444. Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. Summer Session and when classes are not in session 8:00am-4:00pm. Closed on most Holidays if classes are not in session.

Computing and Technology Services (CTS) is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the information and technical resources and services of the campus. CTS advocates the utilization of technology to enhance the educational experience for SUNY Potsdam students, promote critical thinking, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in society. CTS supports student, faculty, and staff needs, and provides a full complement of services to support the academic mission and campus administrative needs.
