Austin Raetz ’18
Austin Raetz ’18, a history major with a minor in archaeological studies, is a textbook example of an honors student. The hard-working SUNY Potsdam alumnus just graduated summa cum laude and was accepted into a prestigious graduate program at Cornell University. What’s equally impressive is his passion and personal connection to his field of study, as he examines sexuality and gender roles through a historical lens.
Contractual Agreements
Authority to enter into contractual agreements on behalf of the College is vested in the President of the College and the VP for Business Affairs (or their designees). It may be delegated in specific instances. No individual, except as above, shall purport him/herself to represent the College, and further, any agreement entered into without proper authority is not binding on the College. The legal status of the individual will be determined by the separate circumstances.
Federal Pell Grant
Available to undergraduate students Award eligibility determined by the Federal government and adjusted based on enrollment. Awards are available for summer, fall and spring terms. Annual full-time awards (12 or more credit hours) range from $672 - 6,495 per
Transfer Requirements
The average grade point average (GPA) for students transferring to SUNY Potsdam is 3.0 (on a 4.0 grading scale). Consideration for transfer admission to SUNY Potsdam is given to students who have earned a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA at all previously attended colleges.
